Blender Parts

Blender is one of the electrical household appliance (ARTL) are used to destroy or refine foodstuffs. This tool uses components of the four-edged blade shaped slicer. The blades are rotating through the coupling gears of rubber to the motor shaft rotates. On body weight or blender installed a switch that functions to turn on and adjust the motor. Variations of this switch is generally dependent on the brand blendernya. This switch between the different variations of the brand Philips model / type HR - 2810 / A and National blender model / type MX - T1GN. Blender National does not have the speed variation while Philips blender consists of four variations of speed according to the position of the switch to vote.

Philips blender consists of four variations of speed according to the position of the switch voting, namely: (1) the position of the manual, (2) Neutral position, (3) position 1, and (4) position 2.
The fourth position of the switch there are differences and similarities of function, namely the manual position similar to the position 2, which is the same position where kecapatannya full speed. In a blender motors there are some electronic components, such as capacitors, resistors, and diodes. These four electronic components have the following functions: 1 Capacitors serve to generate the phase difference (phase magnetic flux that is at odds with the magnetic flux generated by the primary coil). With different magnetic flux terbangkitnya that phase then the motor will rotate.
2 Resistor star serves to reduce the current to the motor to prevent overcurrent in the motor coil.
3 Diodes serves to rectify the voltage coming into the coil.

National blender uses a motor to the needs suplei universal voltage of 220 volts AC at the working frequency of 50-60 Hz. 190W power dissipation.
