Method Batter Smooth Meat In Meatballs




Dough balls can be made from a mixture of meat that have been smoothed, Masako® Beef Flavor, baking powder, tapioca flour, and celery. There are several ways to soften the meat:

     Using Knives And Spatula
     The trick is to smooth the minced meat with the help of a knife and add a small ice cubes then mix until smooth and flat with a spatula or other mixers.
     using Blender
     The trick is to insert a small ice cubes and meat into a blender, then turn on the blender until the dough becomes smooth. Ice cubes used to be small in order to smooth the process easier minced meat.
     Using a Food Processor
     The trick is to insert ice cubes (small to medium sized) and flesh into a food processor and then turn on the device at full speed until the dough becomes smooth.

Ice cubes serves to inhibit the ripening process in the meat due to the heat generated by the hand, blender, or food processor (keep the temperature stable). In addition, ice cubes serves to keep the meatballs more stable texture (not mushy).
